BESCO Expansion Project

BESCO is a large homegrown construction supplies business that needs expansion. This project involves additions and alterations to BESCO’s existing office and production facility at Ubi Road. The original two-storey/single-storey facility was expanded into a fully equipped 4-storey office, showroom, customer experience centre, as well as production and storage facility. The consideration of retaining and expanding the existing building hinges on BESCO’s corporate sustainability vision to reduce waste and maximise the use of existing resources.
