House @ 16 Adam Park

Singapore’s ubiquitous black & white bungalows have an unexplained charm that draws those who loves both the lifestyle and the memories it brings. The design of this project ensures minimum interventions that may dilute the original quality of the house, while incorporating essential creature comforts including fitting in a lift for accessibility to the upper level. Much efforts was spent restoring the old, and complementing it with any new additions. Much of the furniture was also brought over from the client’s previous black & white bungalow which further reinforces the sense of memory and history in the house.
