The reconstruction to the existing semi-detached house comprises a lower ground floor with 2 upper levels which is vertically connected via the existing staircase. The 1st storey is designed as a continuous flow of outdoor balcony, living, dining and kitchen from front to the rear of house. Maximising the high-volume spaces at 2nd storey, windows are strategically positioned to bring in light and facilitate ventilation through stack-effect throughout the house.
