A modern 2-storey house in a good-class-bungalow area, the house was redesigned to enhance both the exterior visually as well as interior spatially to meet the needs of the family. The original character of the house was intentional preserved as much as practical, while updates involved streamlining the facade to reinforce existing building articulations and make them more distinctive. New balcony extensions are added to create in-between spaces to buffer against the tropical climate, where the family can lounge and enjoy unobstructed views of the home and landscape.
