House @ 65 Dyson Road

This intermediate terrace house underwent extensive construction to achieve intimate, customised spaces for a couple, including individual study rooms and gym. A central courtyard was expanded to accommodate an open steel staircase, while allowing natural light to permeate all adjacent spaces and encourages natural cross ventilation in the house. The courtyard is designed with a 2 storey tall greenwall, bringing nature closer to the occupants who is otherwise surrounded by the dense built up environment of the typical intermediate terrace house typology.
