Kudahithi Resort

Kudahithi Island, Maldives

The project is an extension of the original small but exclusive Coco Prive Private Resort located on the small island. It is envisioned to be a full fledged luxurious resort but with only a small island, the resort grew over water as floating and or stilted structures, minimising unnecessary adverse environmental impact of land reclamation for more land. The design has 8 water villas and a series of independent islands hosting various exclusive guest amenities. A series of three huts welcomes visitors form the arrival jetty, toped with three feature sailing roofs that takes the direction of the prevailing wind. The theme of nautical lifestyle is carried throughout the resort, with themed interior design and sea-focused experiential design, creating once in a lifetime luxury island experience.
