Pokka Factory, Yangon

Situated in the industrial area of Yangon with a site area of 40,115 sq.m., this factory is proposed to have two lines of beverage production. The design comprises a main 2-storey factory linked to a warehouse through a series of canopies. Single-storey ancillary buildings situated around the main factory include a water treatment plant, generators, and boilers needed to support the production process. The design of the factory buildings is modern and clean to represent the advanced facilities used in the production lines.
