Project Green Grass

The project involves the regularisation of unauthorised works to an existing factory as well as minor interior fitting-out works. Spanning more than 40,000m², site investigations and inspections were carried out to ascertain irregularities, advise the clients on the implications, and handle subsequent rectification and regularisation through submissions to authorities.
