Balikpapan boasts a growing economy built on it’s rich natural resources. Increasingly, modern facilities are needed to house and entertain he growing numbers of expatriates as well as well-heed locals. This project was conceived in response to growing expectations, increasing consumptions. The sprawling complex is built on original industrial land. It comprises a resort hotel, a ‘condotel’ villas as well as commercia shops and entertainment facilities that are designed around a landscaped garden. The buildings are located on a gently cascading topography, designed to be integrated with the terrain. The landscape garden is a cacophony of green and blue roll with the cascading landscape to provide spaces of leisure for family and individual alike.
