The Urban Technology Experience Centre is one of the public buildings in the heart of the new Zigong High Tech Park. It houses a full-size Omnimax theatre and a series of exhibition spaces showcasing the latest technological developments and happenings in the region. The stacking of large “view tubes” draws reference from Birds of Paradise, the floral emblem of the new High Tech Park. Visitors can look out from these view tubes along urban axes towards beautiful vistas in the surroundings.
